Join Heidi and Al for an afternoon of Good Vibrations! Sunday, August 18 2:45 drumming; 3:00 circle begins
Our theme is “Vibrations: Resonating with the More through Music and Sound” or, if you prefer, “Good, Good, Good Vibrations.” We will be using song and rhythm to get in touch with the resonance of the universe and explore the power of giving and receiving through sound. Be prepared to listen and participate; no skill level is needed just a willingness to make noise. See you there! Heidi and Al
