Sunday, June 4th, Carderock 3-4:30 Drumming begins at 2:45. Theme: Wordless Reverence in Nature We welcome Amy as our facilitator this Sunday, and our special guests, Robb Saffell’s Harmonic Introductions. They will lead us in an experience of throat singing and immerse us in the healing vibrations of "sound bathing" with Robb’s singing bowls. Amy writes, “The basic gist is that words, while necessary, are often a curtain we put in between ourselves and experience. What happens when we stop talking? What happens when we just listen? What happens when we focus on creating a sound *together*? Join us! All are welcome. Please follow directions to our precise location in the eventbrite registration. Otherwise you will not find us!
