Meditation and Reflections
Our meditations vary from week to week. Sometimes we meditate on a poem using a form of lectio divina. Sometimes we offer a guided meditation focused in some way on the natural world, perhaps an element from nature - a stone or a tree, for instance. We might participate in a “deep time” exercise that moves us from our identity in the present to the web of life in the past and future. There are times when we just breathe. We end our meditation with a period of reflective sharing. All are welcome.
